The proposition developed by KLD and Langhof on the site of the former freight station lifts the East-West division of the city of Innsbruck and creates a new, green center in Innsbruck. Gardens, terraces and bridges dominate this city concept. Changing uses and silhouettes create identity and orientation in the interior.

The concept offers space for ca.1.300 residential units and about 1,000 jobs. Neighboring districts are well connected increasing the attractiveness of the city as a whole significantly.
