The revitalized building, which houses a Private Bank, is located on the central square of the small town Wels. The existing building was completely rebuilt and new parts were added; only the listed 19th century façade remained. The feeling of safety and stability necessary for a bank is conveyed through the colors,

window shapes and general appearance of the building. The cubical building with the smooth plaster façade is structured through precise openings, cornices and friezes. The stairwell façade is structured through the diamond-shaped holes and painted patterns.
