An ensemble of five modern townhouses, each with 5 (and one time 7) apart-ments was built on the site of an old villa, overlooking the city. In the atmos-phere of the former use, it offers high-quality urban living space on a privileged site. The cube-shaped buildings are shiftily placed towards each other depend-ing on topography and location on the property.

This creates unconventional outdoor spaces, small squares and narrow streets, as well as extensive vistas. The cantilevered balconies and terraces are entan-gled with each other and with the magnificent old trees.
