A 24-storey high-rise building is being built on an inner-city site. The emblematic building takes advantage of the location and sets an impulse to upgrade the neighborhood and the urban development area at the Linz train station. On the upper floors, the property will be used for residential purposes with units of different sizes; in the base there is space for numerous uses that complement the existing facilities of the green market.
