Alp-apartments in the Lachtal

In the Styrian Lachtal, located at 1,600 meters above sea level, a holiday home complex with 52 apartments is planned for tourist rental. A future meeting point for sports enthusiasts in winter as well as in summer is to be created near a ski area. Four châlets, playfully positioned in relation to one another, form a new village square with three apartment buildings, which form the rear end to the rising alpine terrain. The Châlets adapt to the existing buildings in terms of their size and cubature. The traditional alpine zigzag roof landscape is reinterpreted here.

In the apartment house to the east there is a restaurant to enliven the tourist offer on site. On the south-facing sun terrace, a lovingly drunk and sports-loving audience cuddles. Also facing south, guests can enjoy their sauna experience on the balcony with a great panorama.

The solid timber buildings are erected on a concrete base. A large part of the facility is built with an underground car park, which connects the different buildings. A total of 60 cars will find space in the underground car park, 31 above-ground parking spaces are planned.
