The low-energy office building is a landmark at one of the busiest intersections in Salzburg. On the octagonal floor plan of the existing old building a new office building with accurate and valuable-looking surface is built. For passers-by it offers surprising perspectives from different angles enhanced by the use of expanded metal on the façade. The second glass facade provides optimum noise and heat protection. 100m² solar panels and an air collector make the office building nearly energy self-sufficient.
