Numerous trees and water surfaces give the area a distinctly green, natural character. The Garden City is car free, to increase the quality of life in the residential streets and to provide attractive exercise and meeting places for residents and passers-by. The buildings follow the "Scale of Kufstein" regarding size and storey height.  This Small Town Feeling fits perfectly for Kufstein and experience shows that it is highly accepted by the users.
