Residential tower Im Haidgattern, Linz

The eleven-storey residential tower is being built at the intersection Dauphinestrasse / Im Haidgattern. Currently there is a two-storey building, previously housing a supermarket, on the 900 m² site.

From the ground level to the 6th floor there is a recess of 6 meters. An equally high, gate-like space provides additional tension. It is also designed to serve as a passage to the bus stop on Dauphinestraße. At the rear, a four-storey side wing connects to the high-rise building. Its roof offers space for a children’s playground. The ground floor zone is given an arcade.
