Next to the Trade Fair Center in Wels, the second largest City in Upper Austria, a new Hotel will be built. The Hotel is situated directly at the bank of the river Traun. 110 high quality rooms, a wellness- and seminar center on the 12th floor - 45 meters above the ground - and 7 high-end apartments open up new perspectives for the historical city. An attractive green axis runs alongside the Hotel and the nearby Science Center and connects the historical city center with the riverbank. In this way Wels moves atmospherically and functionally towards the river. Through its vertical extension the building becomes a widely visible land-mark for the Trade Fair Center.

The river promenade’s attractiveness also benefits from the new high rise building. The building consists of 4 slim towers, which create very elegant proportions and a strong vertical accentuation. The characteristic expression of the building is encouraged by the green glistening plaster façade and the flush-mounted windows.
