This townhouse was built on the edge of the old town and on the banks of the Vöckla River. Two structures are connected by an open staircase, the garden represents the third, unbuilt component. The structure of the façade refers to the historic houses of the old town, the solid brick construction is in no way inferior to the solidity of the old buildings.
