Städtebauliche Kommission
Establish high-quality urban districts through networked thinking

he continuous activity of the urban planning commission is intended to support a sustainably attractive, innovative and livable development of the city of Linz on the basis of high urban planning quality.

The task of the urban planning commission as a body of experts consists in the elaboration and documentation of concrete urban planning objectives for use as a basis for urban planning decisions in the city of Linz.

This includes in particular the elaboration of urban planning objectives for more complex projects with larger dimensions, whose effects are essential and perceptible for a larger environment.

Our Andreas Kleboth is one of the ‘inventors’ and has been a member of this interdisciplinary group of external and internal experts from the fields of architecture, urban planning, spatial planning, traffic planning and open space planning since the beginning. So far, 9 exciting assignments have been worked on. Kleboth and Dollnig have produced a publication for the first 8 issues on behalf of the City of Linz.
