The building volume is characterized by a two-storey base and a sculpturally shaped top floor with spacious roof terraces and contains 16 residential units.

The design of the building consciously reacts to the existing urban context. The trapezoidal floor plan of the design takes up the diagonal direction of the neighboring building and completes this gesture to create a generous, southwest-oriented, open space that spans across all lots.

The access in turn creates a clear, generous address directly on Stockenhuberweg. There is also space for a few bicycles under the canopy.
