In the immediate vicinity of the historical center of Salzburg KLD is developing a site with 20,000 m². On the grounds of the old Sternbrauerei Brewery, a new urban district with 7 detached buildings is planned. Besides the individually planned single buildings and the integration of the historic buildings this pro-ject is shaped especially by the unique topography of the vertically rising cliff of the Rainberg.

In addition to quality housing on the site there will also be a restaurant, exhibi-tion space in the old vaults and an elaborate spa area with outdoor swimming pool next to the rock.
